Dear Vantage Toyota Wakefield,
My husband and I recently visited the Wakefield showroom looking to potentially buy our son an eighteenth birthday present. He is now the proud owner of an Aygo x-cite in Cyan Splash, which both he and ourselves think amazing.
We are new to Toyota and were so pleased with how we were treated by everyone we met, on that note, I felt I had to write and let you know. I think "we" the public are often too quick to criticise but perhaps we are not too quick to say "well done".
We cannot fault Dave Whiteley, he was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional - a pleasure to deal with. We didn't feel at all pressured and he allowed us the time to make the right decision on which car we purchased. Lee was also terrifically helpful on one occasion when Dave was busy with another customer. It is so refreshing to deal with genuinely lovely people. We were introduced to John, the service manager (I think it was John, so apologies if not!) who was very helpful. Dave couldn't do our hand over so Thea did that and she too was delightful. My husband says even the coffee was fab!
